How do I get an estimate?
Call (614) 374-3138 to arrange a time to discuss your vehicle. Have the year, make, model, and a description of the damage ready. An in-person inspection may be needed to understand the full repair.
Can I talk to you about an insurance repair?
Yes. Call with your insurer’s name and claim number, if available. We can discuss the vehicle and next steps. Your insurer determines coverage and claim approvals; confirm your deductible and any rental benefits directly with them.
What should I bring to the shop?
Bring your vehicle details, contact information, keys, and any estimate or claim documents you already have. If you are unsure whether the vehicle can be driven safely, discuss transportation before bringing it in.
How long will my repair take?
Timing depends on the damage, parts availability, the repair plan, and any insurance approvals. Ask for an expected schedule after the vehicle is assessed rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all promise.
